How to Make Asian Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Place in a large casserole dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the following sauce ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
