- 500g shredded green cabbage
- Onion

- Milk
- 120ml mayonnaise

How to Make Australian Coleslaw
- Shred the cabbage and carrot. Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrot, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add the optional seasonings to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- Gently toss to ensure all the vegetables are evenly coated.
