- Slice 1 ripe avocado lengthwise and sprinkle with juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Arrange avocado slices in a fan pattern on one slice of bread. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper, and 3-4 slices of black olive.
- Top with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts. Gently press down. Sprinkle with a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/4 of a thinly sliced small onion.
