- Avocados

- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 4 slices cooked bacon

How to Make Avocado Salad With Bleu Cheese Bacon
- Wash and tear 5 cups of romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- Dice 2 ripe avocados and add them to the bowl.
- Halve and thinly slice 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes and add to the salad.
- Crumble 4 ounces of bleu cheese over the salad.
- Add 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients (see below).
- Just before serving, gently toss the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
