  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook 9 lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add 8 ounces sliced mushrooms and 2 cloves garlic, minced, and cook until mushrooms are tender, about 5 more minutes.
