How to Make Bagel Roll Sushi

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and everything bagel seasoning. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare your workspace by laying down a sushi rolling mat and covering it with plastic wrap.
  3. Cut off the top quarter of one nori sheet along the short end.
  4. Place a mini bagel slice on the nori sheet, shiny side down, with the long end towards you. Repeat with remaining bagels
  5. Gently spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bagel slice, leaving a 1-inch border along one long edge of the nori.
  6. Top with 1/4 of the cooked salmon and 1/8 of the sliced avocado.
  7. Carefully lift the edge of the nori closest to you.
  8. Tightly fold over the filling, using the sushi rolling mat to help.
  9. Continue rolling tightly, using the mat to press firmly.
  10. Once you reach the end, press the mat to seal the roll.
  11. Repeat steps 4-10 with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.
  12. Let the rolls rest for 5 minutes. Then slice each roll into 8 pieces using a sharp knife.
  13. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and rice vinegar to make a dipping sauce.
