How to Make Baked Bourbon Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces (about 1.5 lbs) with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches).
  4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
