How to Make Aunty Pam S Orange And Ginger Chicken
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased roasting pan or casserole dish.
- In a blender, combine orange juice, ginger, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
- Pour sauce evenly over the chicken pieces.
