How to Make Baked Brown Rice
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, and any desired spices to a rolling boil.
- While the water is heating, place 1 cup of brown rice in a 1.5-quart casserole dish with a tight-fitting lid.

- Once the water boils, carefully pour it over the rice in the casserole dish. Stir gently to combine.
