How to Make Banana And Semolina Pudding Sheera
- Heat 2 tablespoons of clarified butter (ghee) in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup semolina and roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Gradually add 2 cups of milk (or a mixture of milk and half-and-half), stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
