How to Make Beef And Bok Choy Hot Pot
- In a large bowl, whisk together 8 cups water, 2 cups beef broth, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 cinnamon stick.
- Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
