How to Make Beef Cheddar And Potato Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
