How to Make 3 C Bread

- Gently fold in 1 cup grated carrots, 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, 1 cup chopped cherries, ½ cup raisins, and ½ cup chopped pecans.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared loaf pans.
