How to Make Beef Curry Stir Fry

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
  2. Add 1 pound thinly sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat.
