How to Make Beef In A Cup

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown 1 lb ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spray a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  6. Separate the 6 refrigerated biscuits and press each one into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin cup to form a cup.
  7. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture into each biscuit-lined cup.
  8. Top each cup with about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
