- 1 pound ground beef
- Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained

How to Make Beef Potatoes Beans
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of small potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces, and cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly browned.
- Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Brown the beef, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5-7 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped onion to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, until softened.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (15 ounce) can of green beans, drained, and 1/4 cup of beef broth. Mix well.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked potatoes evenly over the top of the meat and bean mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
