How to Make Beer Cheese Fondue

  1. Rub the inside of your fondue pot with a clove of garlic.
  2. Discard the garlic clove.
  3. Place your fondue pot on the stovetop over medium heat.
  4. Add 1 cup of beer to the fondue pot and heat until it simmers.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
