How to Make Better Than Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
