  • Green Onion
  • Fresh Italian Parsley
  • Cornichons
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Tarragon
  • Hot Pepper Sauce

How to Make Herbed Mayonnaise

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  2. Gently fold in 1 clove minced garlic.
  3. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Can be made 1 day ahead for even better taste!)

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Want to unlock deeper, more complex flavors? Try toasting your whole spices before grinding them, or blooming ground spices in a little warm oil to enhance their aroma. Deglazing your pan with a bit of stock, wine, or even water after browning ingredients can capture those tasty caramelized bits, adding richness to your dish.
