  • Kiwi Fruits
  • Frozen Limeade Concentrate
  • Of Fresh Mint
  • Bourbon

How to Make Kiwi Mint Julep

  1. In a small saucepan, dissolve 1/4 cup granulated sugar in 1/2 cup hot water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Let the sugar syrup cool slightly.
  3. Combine 1 cup ice, 2 peeled and chopped kiwis, 1/4 cup limeade, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, the cooled sugar syrup, and 2 ounces bourbon (optional) in a blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and frosty.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a kiwi slice (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!
  6. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the bourbon.
