- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup ice
- Kiwi Fruits
- Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- Of Fresh Mint
- Bourbon
How to Make Kiwi Mint Julep
- In a small saucepan, dissolve 1/4 cup granulated sugar in 1/2 cup hot water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Let the sugar syrup cool slightly.
- Combine 1 cup ice, 2 peeled and chopped kiwis, 1/4 cup limeade, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, the cooled sugar syrup, and 2 ounces bourbon (optional) in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and frosty.
- Pour into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a kiwi slice (optional). Serve immediately and enjoy!
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the bourbon.
