How to Make Veggies Chicken Veggies

  1. Season 1 lb of chicken strips with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken strips to the skillet and saute for 5-7 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
