How to Make 15 Minute Taco In A Pan
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound ground beef (or chicken) and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 packet taco seasoning, 1 1/2 cups water, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and liquid is absorbed.
