- 1 medium onion, chopped

How to Make 20 Minute Stroganoff
- Peel and cube 2 medium potatoes. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Set aside.
- While potatoes cook, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of ground sirloin and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add 1 medium chopped onion to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the 10.75 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
