  • Garlic Cloves

How to Make 5 Minute Butter Chicken

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional), and salt to taste.
  2. Add 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts) to the spice mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
