  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Celery Ribs
  • Green Pepper
  • Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Lemon Juice
  • Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water

How to Make A Little Of Everything Pork Chops

  1. Place 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 green bell pepper, chopped; 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 cup chicken broth; 1/2 cup ketchup; 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon onion powder; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until pork chops are fork-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water until smooth.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, remove the lid and stir in the cornstarch slurry.
