- Cider Vinegar

- Lemon Juice
- Beef Bouillon Cube
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
How to Make A Little Of Everything Pork Chops
- Place 4 (1-inch thick) pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 green bell pepper, chopped; 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 cup chicken broth; 1/2 cup ketchup; 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon onion powder; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until pork chops are fork-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water until smooth.
- 30 minutes before serving, remove the lid and stir in the cornstarch slurry.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
