How to Make All Bran Muffins

- Add a splash of milk (1-2 tablespoons) if the batter is too dry.
- Fold in ½ cup raisins.
- Generously spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Do not use paper liners.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
