- 8 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 pound sausage

How to Make All In One Breakfast
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook 6 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside; reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
- Cook 1 pound of sausage in the same skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove sausage and set aside.
- Add 2 cups of shredded hash browns to the skillet with the reserved bacon grease. Cook until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
- Finely chop 1/2 medium onion and 1/2 medium bell pepper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 8 large eggs.
- Chop the cooked bacon and sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the chopped bacon, sausage, hash browns, onion, and bell pepper to the whisked eggs. Stir to combine.
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bake is set and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese) over the top.
- Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
