  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • Carrot
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Light Cream
  • Cornstarch
  • Water

How to Make Amazing Chicken Stew

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken from pot and set aside.
  4. Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
