How to Make Asian Creation
- Cook 1 pound spaghetti according to package directions.
- Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add 1 pound cubed chicken breast and stir-fry until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or 1/4 teaspoon for less heat).
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup chicken broth until well combined.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
- Add the sauce to the spaghetti and chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
- Stir in 1/4 cup sliced green onion whites and 1/4 cup sliced green onion tops (reserve some for garnish).
- Increase heat to medium-high and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the noodles are coated.
