How to Make Baked Chicken And Rice Delight

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  3. Place 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dried herbs (Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence recommended).
