How to Make Baked Chicken And Rice Delight
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Place 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the prepared casserole dish.
- Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dried herbs (Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence recommended).
- In a medium skillet, sauté 1 medium onion, chopped, in 2 tbsp butter until translucent (about 5 minutes).
