How to Make Baked Spareribs Aloha
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut the rack of ribs into individual serving pieces (approximately 3-4 ribs per piece).
- Season ribs generously with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 450°F (232°C).
- Remove from oven and pour off excess fat.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (177°C).
