How to Make Baked Cod With Vegetables Prosciutto And Pine Nuts

  2. In a large roasting pan, toss together 1 cup green beans (trimmed), 1 red bell pepper (cored, seeded, and chopped), 1 cup cremini mushrooms (halved or quartered), and 2 cloves garlic (minced).
