How to Make Baked Ramen Noodles With Shrimp
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Break the ramen noodles into smaller pieces (about 2-inch lengths). Discard the seasoning packets.
- Divide the ramen noodles evenly among four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Top each pile of noodles with one-fourth of the marinated shrimp.
- Sprinkle 1/12 cup of water over each pile of noodles and shrimp.
- Carefully fold the foil over to create sealed packets. Crimp the edges tightly to prevent leakage.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through and the noodles are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packets (steam will escape!). Pour the contents into individual bowls and garnish with the reserved green onion slices.
