How to Make Banana Foster Trifle
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a white cake mix according to package directions, substituting 1 1/3 cups water with 1 cup water, 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas, and 1 teaspoon ground ginger.
- Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 large eggs to the batter. Mix well.
