How to Make Basil Shrimp With Feta And Orzo

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).
  2. Lightly spray a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil with cooking spray. Place on a large baking sheet.
  3. Cook orzo pasta according to package directions, usually about 8-10 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, 1 teaspoon olive oil, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
