How to Make Beef Beet And Cabbage Soup Crock Pot And Ww

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, and cook until browned on all sides. Set aside.
  2. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the browned beef and softened onions to your slow cooker.
