How to Make Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla Torte

  1. Crumble the sausage into a medium skillet. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is no longer pink (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Set aside 3 thin rings from the bottom of the red pepper for garnish. Chop the remaining red pepper and stir it into the sausage mixture.
  4. Add the salsa, corn, and cilantro to the sausage mixture. Set aside.
