- 1 pound spaghetti
- Lean Ground Beef
- Jalapeno

- 24 ounces pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Spaghetti Squares
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook 1 pound spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in 24 ounces pasta sauce (your favorite kind!).
- Add 2 tablespoons jalapeno puree (or more, to taste).
- Toss cooked spaghetti with 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese, 2 tablespoons margarine, and 2 large eggs, until well combined. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Layer half of the meat mixture in the prepared pan.
- Spread 15 ounces ricotta cheese evenly over the meat layer.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture.
- Finish with 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
