How to Make 3 Cheese Chicken Spinach Pasta Bake

  1. Cook 1 pound pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped onion, and 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
