How to Make Alaska Salmon And Chipotle Wrap
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotles, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color), 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Gently fold in 1 (15-ounce) can of drained salmon, breaking it into flakes. Mix until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon adobo sauce. Mix well.
- Lay out four 10-inch flour tortillas. Spread 1/4 of the sour cream mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Spread approximately 2/3 cup of the salmon mixture over the sour cream layer on each tortilla.
- Top with 1/4 of a head of shredded lettuce (about 1 cup).
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, burrito-style.
- For appetizers, cut each wrap into thirds. For a meal, cut each wrap in half.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
