How to Make Alaska Salmon And Chipotle Wrap

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotles, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color), 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Gently fold in 1 (15-ounce) can of drained salmon, breaking it into flakes. Mix until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon adobo sauce. Mix well.
