How to Make All American Club
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each of 3 toast slices.
- Layer 1 toast slice, mayonnaise-side up, on a plate.
- Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of ham, and 2 slices of tomato.
- Add another toast slice, mayonnaise-side down, on top.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise mixture on one side of the next toast slice.
- Continue assembling another sandwich, layering 1 toast slice (mayonnaise side up), 1 slice of cheese, 2 ounces of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, another lettuce leaf, and the final toast slice, mayonnaise-side down.
- Repeat step 7 to make a third sandwich if desired.
- To serve, cut each sandwich in half or into triangles.
- Secure each sandwich with 2 toothpicks.
