How to Make All Around Marinade
- In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Ensure everything is well combined.
- Add your steaks or prepared kabobs (vegetables and meat) to the marinade. Make sure all pieces are fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Soak Jack Daniel's wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
- Prepare your grill for medium-high heat. Add soaked wood chips to the coals 3 minutes before grilling.
