How to Make Armenian Herb Marinade

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried basil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
