- Granny Smith Apple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Tuna Fish
- Celery Ribs
- Onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

How to Make Apple Pecan Tuna Salad
- Chop 1 medium unpeeled apple into small pieces. Immediately toss with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 (5 ounce) cans of tuna (drained), the chopped apple, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped sour pickles, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional), salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to blend.
