How to Make Apple Raisin Stuffed Chicken Breast
- Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth and stir until combined.
- Add 1 cup stuffing mix, 1/2 cup chopped apple (about 1 medium), and 1/4 cup raisins to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
- Evenly divide the stuffing mixture among 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each).
- Roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the chicken breasts on all sides in the skillet. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk together 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of dried tarragon.
