How to Make Apple Raisin Stuffed Chicken Breast

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth and stir until combined.
  2. Add 1 cup stuffing mix, 1/2 cup chopped apple (about 1 medium), and 1/4 cup raisins to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
  3. Evenly divide the stuffing mixture among 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each).
  4. Roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
