How to Make Aurora S Hungarian Goulash
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 2 tablespoons paprika. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in one (14.5 ounce) can of undrained diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, and 1/2 can (about 4 ounces) of tomato paste.
- Add 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (elbow macaroni, ditalini, etc.).
- Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
