  • 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
  • Carrot
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Parsley
  • Ground Sausage
  • Beef Mince
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 500g ready-made puff pastry sheet
  • Milk

How to Make Aussie Sausage Roll

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the sausage meat, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 40cm x 30cm rectangle.
  4. Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 2cm border.
  5. Tightly roll the pastry into a log, starting from the long edge.
