How to Make Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup
- Cut 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly caramelized (about 8-10 minutes).
