- 1/2 pound bacon
- Diced Tomato
- Onion

- 1 pound spaghetti

How to Make Bacon Spaghetti
- Cook 1/2 pound bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan.
- Add 1 diced medium onion, 1 diced green bell pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic to the pan with the bacon grease. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Crumble the cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces. Add to the tomato mixture along with 1/2 cup of bacon grease.
- Cook 1 pound spaghetti according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and add it to the pan with the bacon and tomato sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra bacon crumbles if desired. Enjoy with garlic bread!
