  • Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk

How to Make Baked Eggs Oamc

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine 4 cups cubed bread, 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup diced ham, 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color), and ½ cup chopped onion.
  4. Spread the bread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, ½ cup milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and freeze for up to 2 months.
